Your canary’s housing

Nowadays it is not typical any more to imagine a canary only in small cage, no more keeping a bird in a tiny birdcage. You should find a cage as spacious as possible so your pet bird have the room he needs to be fit. Everybody knows all birds need more space to fly. Those canaries whose owners have bought small cages are usually obese and they reduce their span. This is because naturally in the wild birds are free , in small cages they feel like in a confinement. Rectangular or square cages are better than a round one. Have this in mind when you purchase one-canary cage or an aviary Canaries hop or fly from perch to perch so the cage should a wider cage as they needs room for their flights.
